This has come as 2nd successive setback to Engineering Aspirants. The Supreme Court on Friday, 3 jUNE 2011, refused to direct the CBSE to disclose answer keys of the questions of the All India Engineering Entrance Examination prior to declaration of the results.
A vacation bench of justices B S Chauhan and Swatanter Kumar dismissed the petition filed by some of the students and asked them to make representation before the board in this regard.
Supreme Court has turned a blind eye towards the future of lakhs of students by refusing a transparent & flawless result declaration.
